If you don’t wish to completely disconnect from the world during your holiday, then feel free to use our internet corner and (WLAN or) Wi-Fi for your
laptop.
Pets
Pets are not allowed here due to health and safety regulations.
Parking facility
The parking space is right next to the house.
Room reservation
Room reservations can be made by email or by telephone. A reservation fee of € 100 will finalize your booking. We will reserve a room for you, but we cannot
reserve a specific room. In order to avoid extra cost and disagreeable situations we recommend that you buy concellation insurance - calculate easily and
directly!
Breakfast
upon request (please tell us at least 1 day in advance). Home-made jams (some of which our apartments are named after – Zweigelt-Brombeer (grape and
blackberry) or Hollunderblüte (elderflower) or Muskat-Marille (grape and apricot)), crispy bread rolls, “real” fruit juices and more….. EUR 9,50 per person and day, children EUR 6,50
Arrival
Your room or apartment will be ready for you from 3 pm onwards.
Departure
Please leave your room by 10 am on the day of departure.
Cancellation
It is only possible to cancel before the agreed date of arrival, when a cancellation fee is paid:

months before arrival: 0% of the total price

Up to 1
month before arrival: 40% of the total price

Up to 1 week
before arrival: 70% of the total price

During the
last week before arrival: 90% of the total price

No refunds
for late arrivals and early departures
As a result of the present situation we offer you special cancellation regulations.
In case you are not allowed to start your journey because of the current travel regulations we offer you rebookings free of charge as well as cancellations up
to 4 days before travel date.
But please take into consideration that travel restrictions must be a directive of a public authority.
Methods of payment
Payment can be made either cash or by bank transfer (before your stay).
Credits cards are not accepted.
